Another beautiful day in Cornwall. Today I was dropped in a place called Hellandbridge, north of Bodmin where I joined the Camel Trail (follows the Camel River) and ran to lovely Padstow, where the rest of the family had cycled to. It was very hot but nice and flat and I was rewarded with some Rick Stein fish and chips followed by Cornish ice cream at the end. Really scenic route along what I think was once an old railway line.
Think it was quite useful to run in the heat because Edinburgh could potentially be very hot at the end of May – it’s definitely harder than running in the cold.
well done, I seem to need a mojo boost again. Will try for a longer one tomorrow
