https://youtu.be/JJB2rb0ZUWk We are in Cornwall for our holidays and what a lovely place to be.  The weather has turned from winter to nearly summer and this morning my brother in law David (not entirely voluntarily), and Jamie, came for run with me. David has run half marathons in the past but not for years, and Jamie has never run further than 5km, but we managed 10km which was magic. Happy Easter everyone x
